SHIPPING

Please allow up to 2-3 business days for your order to process. It will be shipped via your method of choice at checkout. Once checkout is completed you will receive a notification email with order information including shipping info and tracking details based on selected shipping method.

When placing an international order, the customer agrees to pay any additional customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees levied by your destination country. There is no way for us to accurately calculate these charges and we are not held liable for them.

*The customer assumes all risk of loss once purchased items are delivered to the shipping carrier.

Free Shipping: $99 and up
US Priority (1-3 business days): $12
US Express (next business day): $30

Canada:
Free Shipping: $180 and up
USPS Priority Int'l (3-7 business days): $35

International:
Free Shipping: $275 and up
USPS Priority Int'l (6-10 business days): $40
USPS Priority Express (3-5 business days): $60

 RETURNS

You may return any purchased item for an exchange within 10 days of order receipt. Refunds are not permitted at this moment. Items MUST have all original tags attached and cannot be washed, damaged or altered in any way. Upon receiving the garment we will issue an exchange. Please allow 3-5 business days for the return to process.

If you would like to set up a return please contact us at info@fairegrove.com to receive a Return Authorization number. You must have an RA number for your return to process. Please make sure your RA number is visible on the outside of the package for us to accept and identify your return properly.

Any items being returned should be packed securely. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, we are not liable for any lost or misplaced items being sent back. Original cost of shipping cannot be refunded for any return. Once the item(s) is received, we will re-ship your new item to you free of charge. 

*Failure to comply with above steps may delay your return process, and in some cases prevent exchange completion.
